Website forms: on the breakdown form, name, phone number, vehicle type, approximate location and the text of the enquiry; on the quote form, additionally company, email, town, fleet size and services of interest. The purpose is to handle the request, prepare a quote and provide the service. The legal basis is the data subject’s consent and pre-contractual measures taken at their request (Articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Calls and WhatsApp: whatever information the user provides when contacting us through these channels, for the same purpose of handling the call-out.

Location: the "Send my location" button reads the device coordinates only when the user presses it, and adds them to the WhatsApp message the user then sends. The coordinates are not stored by this website and are not transmitted to any server of ours.

Data is kept for the duration of the customer relationship and afterwards for the periods required by tax, accounting and liability law (generally up to six years). Enquiries that do not lead to a service are deleted once dealt with.

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. We use providers acting as data processors under appropriate safeguards: the web hosting provider and the email delivery provider used by the contact form.

WhatsApp is a third-party service: if the user chooses that channel, their data is additionally processed under that service’s own privacy policy.

Anyone may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@zactruck.com, stating the right being exercised and attaching a copy of an identity document.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time, and a complaint may be lodged with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations.

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
