There is no call centre and no operator taking notes to pass on. When you call you speak to Zacaria Chouta, who is the one getting in the van. The person giving you an arrival time is the person who has to keep to it.
A workshop and a van
The workshop is in Bellreguard, right on the N-332. The mobile unit sets off from there loaded with a compressor, truck tyre equipment, diagnostics and tools. Whatever can be solved outside, gets solved outside.
Any hour, genuinely
The phone is live 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is not a line of website copy: there are reviews from people attended over a weekend and photos of jobs done at dawn in a ferry boarding area.
What we do not do
We do not tow or recover, and we would rather say so up front. We are a mobile workshop: we repair where the vehicle is. If it cannot be fixed there, we tell you straight away and help you find someone to tow it.
