We handle truck, van and car breakdowns on the Mediterranean Dual Carriageway (A-7) 24 hours a day, at any point along its route through the provinces of Alicante and Valencia. We come out with the mobile workshop, find the vehicle from the location you send us and repair on the hard shoulder whenever the fault allows.
We cover its exits and service areas around Orihuela, Crevillent, Elche, Alicante, Alcoy, Xàtiva, Alzira and Silla, among others. If you do not know which kilometre you are at, it does not matter: the send-location button gets us your exact point on Google Maps.
A safety note while you wait: put the hazard lights on, put your high-visibility vest on before getting out, leave the vehicle on the side away from traffic and wait off the carriageway, behind the barrier. On a fast road the vehicle can be repaired; you cannot.

How long do you take to arrive?
It depends on where you are and where the van is coming from at that moment. Around Alicante and Valencia and their industrial estates we are usually there in 30 to 60 minutes. Further out in the province it can be a little longer. When you call we give you a real estimate, not a number to get you off the phone.
Do you work at night and on public holidays?
Yes. The service runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including Sundays and public holidays. Breakdowns do not keep office hours, and neither does haulage.
What vehicles do you work on?
Trucks and trailers, vans, cars and motorhomes. We specialise in commercial vehicles, which is what sets us apart: air systems, brakes, 24 V electrics and truck tyres.
Do you do towing or recovery?
No. We are a mobile workshop: we come to the vehicle and repair it there, which is precisely what avoids a tow in most cases. If the fault cannot be fixed on the spot, we tell you straight away and help you find a recovery truck, but the towing itself is done by a third party.
How is the service paid for?
Before starting we give you a fixed quote. If something else turns up once we open it, we stop and check with you. We issue a VAT invoice, valid for companies and for deduction, and we accept the usual payment methods.
