A motorhome has one failure the others do not: it spends months standing still. The tyres age without turning, crack along the sidewalls and blow out on the first long trip even with plenty of tread left. By some distance, it is what we see most.
On top of that comes the weight, almost always worse distributed and higher than the driver believes, and a leisure battery that does not cope well with long layups between seasons.
We look after motorhomes and campervans across la Safor and the Marina Alta, which is where nearly all of them pass on the way to the coast. We work in Spanish and English.
