A car stopped on the hard shoulder is usually one of three things: the tyre, the battery or the fuel. None of the three justifies a tow truck or a whole afternoon lost.
We come out, sort it where you are and you carry on. If it turns out to be something more serious, we tell you straight away and point you in the right direction, without charging you for a repair that cannot be done there.
We also attend cars on industrial estates, car parks and residential garages, not only on the road. Often the vehicle is not stranded in traffic: it simply will not start where it is.
